  • PTO Reports and Accrual JE
  • Employee benefits deductions
  • 401k deductions and maintenance
  • Sales commissions calculation
  • State payroll tax registration and maintenance
  • Month-end close
  • Financial statement preparation
  • Variance analysis
  • Monthly reporting
  • Account reconciliation
  • Asset accounting
  • General ledger entries
  • Accounts payable entry
  • Audit/tax schedule preparation
  • Assist with the budget preparation
  • Projects as necessary

Position requirements

  • Payroll software experience
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Accounting software experience
  • Google product experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Adept at systems
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • CPA desired, Minimum 3 years public accounting or corporate accounting experience
  • Payroll experience minimum 2 years
  • Audit experience
