This position involves making a large number of outbound calls to investigate and develop potential recovery sources for health insurance plans. The individual must be able to gather all of the applicable facts and note them in a concise manner.

Responsibilities and job functions

We are looking for organized, analytical people with independent decision-making skills and strong customer service skills. A candidate should possess the ability to analyze facts, identify issues, determine a course of action, follow through, and resolve the matter.

Position requirements

  • Typing skills of a minimum of 45 wpm
  • The ability to ask questions to uncover the information needed
  • Basic knowledge of working computers/scanners
